4.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated using AI may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features. No credit card is required to use the free tier.

5.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel
• Price changes with 30 days' notice

5.3 Refunds

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. ForgeReel is not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That our services will meet your specific requirements

• That defects will be corrected
